No-Bake Peanut Treat (Print Version)


01 - Waxed paper for lining the baking tray.
02 - 1 cup of butterscotch chips.
03 - ½ cup of creamy peanut butter.
04 - 2 cups of crispy chow mein noodles.
05 - ½ cup of salted peanuts.


01 - Arrange waxed paper evenly over a baking tray.
02 - Combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a double boiler, melting them together over gently simmering water.
03 - Blend the chow mein noodles and salted peanuts into the melted mixture until they are thoroughly coated.
04 - Scoop the mixture using a fork and place forkfuls onto the waxed paper-lined tray to create individual haystacks.
05 - Let the haystacks cool at room temperature until they are firm.
