Traditional Dutch Delight Pork (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 (4 pound) pork loin roast.

1 teaspoon caraway seeds.

Salt and pepper to taste.

2 cups sauerkraut with liquid.
Instructions:

Trim the pork loin roast to fit your slow cooker, if needed.

Season the roast with caraway seeds, salt, and pepper according to your preference.

Place the seasoned pork loin in the slow cooker and pour the sauerkraut complete with its liquid over the roast.

Set the slow cooker on High and cook the roast for 1 hour.

After the first hour, switch the slow cooker to Low and let it cook for an additional 5 to 6 hours until the internal temperature of the roast reaches at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
