Traditional Dutch Delight Pork (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 (4 pound) pork loin roast.
02 - 1 teaspoon caraway seeds.
03 - Salt and pepper to taste.
04 - 2 cups sauerkraut with liquid.

Instructions:

01 - Trim the pork loin roast to fit your slow cooker, if needed.
02 - Season the roast with caraway seeds, salt, and pepper according to your preference.
03 - Place the seasoned pork loin in the slow cooker and pour the sauerkraut complete with its liquid over the roast.
04 - Set the slow cooker on High and cook the roast for 1 hour.
05 - After the first hour, switch the slow cooker to Low and let it cook for an additional 5 to 6 hours until the internal temperature of the roast reaches at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
