Sweet Potato Dessert Casserole (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 4 ½ cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes.
02 - 1 cup white sugar.
03 - ½ cup melted butter.
04 - ⅓ cup milk.
05 - 2 eggs, beaten.
06 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 1 cup light brown sugar.
08 - ½ cup all-purpose flour.
09 - ⅓ cup butter.
10 - 1 cup chopped pecans.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Dont forget to grease that 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Take a large bowl and mix up your mashed sweet potatoes with sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, milk, eggs, and a dash of vanilla extract. Once that's nicely blended, just spread the mixture into your greased baking dish.
03 - In a smaller bowl, combine your light brown sugar and all-purpose flour. Then cut in the 1/3 cup of butter until the mix resembles crumbly goodness. Toss in those chopped pecans to give it some crunch.
04 - Here comes the fun part – sprinkle your streusel mixture evenly over the sweet potatoes. No holding back!.
05 - Pop the dish into your preheated oven and bake it until its golden brown, which should be about 25 minutes. Let it cool for a sec, and then get ready to serve up some serious yum.
