Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons butter.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 8 ounces white mushrooms, whole or sliced to preference.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
06 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
07 - 2 ounces cream cheese, softened.
08 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
11 - Fresh chopped parsley for garnish.

Instructions:

01 - In a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat, add the butter and olive oil.
02 - Add the mushrooms and garlic and sauté until tender.
03 - Add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
04 - Stir with the mushrooms and heat until the sauce is bubbly and smooth.
05 - Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley.
